He married Leontina Lichtenstein in Sao Paulo - Brasil, 9-3-1937. Leontina was born in Sao Paulo - Brasil 3-22-1911. Leontina was the daughter of Hugo Lichtenstein and Rachel Lichtenstein. At 29 years of age Leontina became the mother of Ivete Weinstein in Sao Paulo - Brasil, 6-17-1940. At 32 years of age Leontina became the mother of Alice Weinstein in Sao Paulo - Brasil, 1-20-1944.

At 28 years of age Jose became the father of Ivete Weinstein in Sao Paulo - Brasil, 6-17-1940. At 31 years of age Jose became the father of Alice Weinstein in Sao Paulo - Brasil, 1-20-1944.

Jose Weinstein and Leontina Lichtenstein had the following children:

2 i. Ivete² Weinstein was born in Sao Paulo - Brasil 6-17-1940. She married Arthur Aizemberg in Sao Paulo - Brasil, 10-27-1959. Arthur was born in Sao Paulo - Brasil 7-28-1933. At 27 years of age Arthur became the father of Renata AizembergMichailovici in Sao Paulo - Brasil, 9-5-1960. At 20 years of age Ivete became the mother of Renata AizembergMichailovici in Sao Paulo - Brasil, 9-5-1960. At 22 years of age Ivete became the mother of Denise AizembergSteinwurz in Sao Paulo - Brasil, 7-5-1962.
