He married Annita Lichtenstein Kertzmann in Sao Paulo - Brasil, 22/03/1928. Annita was born in Sao Paulo - Brasil 03/11/1906. Annita was the daughter of Hugo Lichtenstein and Rachel Lichtenstein. Annita died 04/09/1996 in Sao Paulo - Brasil, at 90 years of age. At 25 years of age Annita became the mother of Lygia Kertzmann Zatz in Santos - Brasil, 18/06/1931.

At 30 years of age Isaac became the father of Lygia Kertzmann Zatz in Santos - Brasil, 18/06/1931.

Isaac Kertzmann and Annita Lichtenstein Kertzmann had the following children:

Isaias was the son of Isaac Zatz and Rosa Feldman Zatz. Isaias died 05/08/1973 in Sao Paulo - Brasil, at 54 years of age. At 31 years of age Isaias became the father of Claudia Zatz in Sao Paulo - Brasil, 20/09/1950. At 33 years of age Isaias became the father of Lia Zatz in Sao Paulo - Brasil, 03/10/1952.
