He married Taba Szlejf Naigeborim. Taba was the daughter of Azriel Zelik Chaiot Pitaietzer and Yentel Szlejf.

Mordechai Naigeborim and Taba Szlejf Naigeborim had the following children:

child + 2 i. Moshe2 Naigeborim.

child 3 ii. Frida Rosental. She married Zalman Rosental. Zalman became the father of Gueula Kelmer in Israel. (See Zalman Rosental for the continuation of this line.)

Frida became the mother of Gueula Kelmer in Israel.
